Responsibilities of the Student Sustainability Club
[Sustainability Responsibilities]
Environmental Education and Advocacy

One of the primary responsibilities of the Student Sustainability Club is to foster a culture of environmental stewardship within the university. This involves educating students and staff about the importance of sustainable development goals (SDGs), climate action, and the preservation of natural resources through workshops and seminars.

Waste Reduction and Resource Efficiency
The club is responsible for initiating and monitoring waste management systems, such as recycling programs and plastic reduction campaigns across the campus. Additionally, members work to promote energy and water conservation practices to minimize the university's overall carbon footprint.
"The club serves as a platform for students to translate green ideas into measurable impacts, ensuring a sustainable legacy for future generations."

Furthermore, the club manages periodic "Green Campus" projects, including tree-planting events and urban gardening initiatives. By collaborating with various university departments, they ensure that sustainability becomes an integral part of the TSUE institutional identity.
